Tonto makes seasonal debut

Top Notch Tonto makes his seasonal reappearance in the Group 2 BET365 Mile at Sandown this afternoon and all of us here are looking forward to seeing him run. Silvestre De Sousa is on board and he goes into the race in great order. He’s a real favourite in the yard and everyone would love to see him put in a good account of himself.

Although Top Notch Tonto failed to get his head in front last season, he put in some very decent performances picking up prize money in seven of his eight starts, five of those Group races...

It was a frustrating day yesterday with 6 seconds although good to see the horses running well.
Brian and Claire made the trip up to Ayr for the two-day Scottish Grand National meeting and although we left with no winners, six runners returned home with prize money. Conquisto partnered by Garry Lavery and Yorkist who was ridden by Aidan Coleman both put in particularly good performances to finish fourth and second in their respective Listed contests...
