MY ROXANNE stayed on well to notch up her third success of the year when taking the one-mile Handicap at Newcastle on Friday (10 November 2023). Partnered by Ben (Robinson) she broke well and took a keen hold in behind the leaders as they set a steady pace. Still travelling strongly as she took the lead a furlong out, she stayed on really well to score by one and three-quarter lengths.
Congratulations to owner Patrick Boyle and all involved. It’s been a quiet month. Great to be back in the winner’s enclosure!
