Solar Biricz delighted us with his win at Doncaster on Sunday. Ridden by Ben Robinson over the 5f trip, he was prominent early before settling into midfield, ridden to make headway over 1f out, then took the lead and kept on well to win by 1/2 length. Congratulations to owners, Uk Farming Renewable Energy.
Today, we are at Beverley with Blackwater Lily, who after her recent win over hurdles at Bangor, makes the switch to the flat for the first time, and will be ridden by Ben Robinson, in the 'Connexin One-Touch Break-Up Maiden Stakes' at 18.45. Also making their racecourse debut's in this race are Division Day, who is ridden by Dale Swift and Mary Anne Maximus, the mount of Faye Mcmanoman.
Freddy Robinson is wearing a first time visor in the 'Biffa North Handicap' over 1m 4f at 19.45, for the members of Brian Ellison Racing Club. Queen Roslyn is our final runner of the day, in the last race on the card. Both will be ridden by Ben Robinson.
