It was a great win for the team, and owner, Jim Cotterill when Captain Potter won at Catterick yesterday under Ben Robinson (photo right).
Earlier in the year it had been touch and go for Potter, when he required surgery for a twisted gut, following a life threatening bout of colic. Luckily he came through it ok, showing us what a tough horse he is! This win was his first on the flat, with his only other being over hurdles at Sedgefield in January.
