The North wins with Northern Spirit!

Northern Spirit, won for team North in the Racing League fixture at Newcastle, over the minimum trip of 5f.  Having being in touch with the leaders on the far side of the group, he was outpaced at halfway. He rallied from over 1f out, pressed leader inside the final furlong, and ridden by Ben (Robinson) to win by 3/4 length.
