It was a successful two days for the team and our owners, Nick Bradley Racing 17 & Partner, with Mossvale Diva & Temple of Athena both in the winners enclosure at Chester, having won over the consecutive days under Ben Robinson.
Mossvale Diva went into Friday’s race having been the bridesmaid on her last four outings and was crying out for a win. As a result, she started the ‘Virgin Bet Every Saturday Money Back EBF Restricted Novice Stakes’ as the odds on favourite. She jumped well from the stalls and made all to finally get that well deserved 1st against her name.
On Saturday, Temple of Athena notched up her second career win with a 3/4 length victory in the ‘Lotus Manchester At H.R. Owen Nursery Handicap.’ She raced in second, was ridden over 1f out and kept on well to win.
